Camp Dress Code - Biblical Principles

Our dress code is based on Biblical principles which include modesty, respectability and self-control found in 1 Timothy 2:9. As representatives of Jesus Christ it is our responsibility to dress in a manner that respects the weaknesses of those around us, as found in 1 Corinthians 8:9, by covering the parts of our bodies that require greater modesty, as described in 1 Corinthians 12:23-24a. Finally, we hope that all who are a part of this camp will reflect Christ’s likeness by having quality of character, which is what God sees as precious, according to 1 Peter 3:3-4. With this in mind we ask that campers, staff and coaches adhere to the following:

The Rocky Mountain Stoa Dress Code is for All Campers

  • Shorts/Skirts/Dresses are within two inches of the knee
  • Please wear non-form fitting shirts that cover the entire midriff
  • No spaghetti strap tops or tank tops
